Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

United States: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on location and delivery method.

Other International Countries: All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping is available to most global destinations. For detailed information regarding shipping availability to your region, please contact us at sales@yumu.kr.

Shipping time includes order processing. Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Delays may occur during sale periods.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at sales@yumu.kr.
4. Address Accuracy & Modifications
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
If your order has already been fulfilled, we cannot change your shipping information or cancel the order. To request an address change before shipment, contact us immediately at sales@yumu.kr.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will have round-trip shipping costs deducted from any refund issued.
5. Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to the recipient’s absence or an unclear/incomplete address:

We will notify you by email.

The order will be refunded minus original shipping and return shipping costs.
USPS does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a physical address.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Wait 24 hours, as packages may be scanned before delivery.

Contact your local USPS/UPS office.

If the issue persists, notify us within 30 days of the delivery date at sales@yumu.kr.
Claims reported after 30 days cannot be compensated due to carrier limitations.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:

Photo of all items inside the box

Photo of the damaged product

Missing documentation may delay or void compensation eligibility.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional customs fees, which are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. As customs duties and taxes vary by country, we are unable to estimate the exact charges in advance.
The total amount displayed at checkout does not include duties and taxes. Upon arrival in the destination country, the recipient will receive an invoice from DHL for these charges. Therefore, please ensure that you provide a valid email address when placing your order to receive important notifications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these additional fees may apply before delivery.
9. Attention Before Checkout
Please ensure that your delivery details, including street number, apartment or building number, and zip code, are accurate. Providing incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays or delivery failure. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or unclear addresses.
